The EEOC process was not easy or user friendly. I had a very hard time just getting a charge filed. I contacted this law firm and I was able to get a an interview with an investigator and a charge filed. They were so helpful and knowledgeable on the process. If I file suit I will rehire Mr. Mckendree .

Before my mother passed away she was in a guardianship. We were at a loss as to how any of that process worked. All I knew was that we needed advise and representation that we could not understand . John worked diligently to organize our paperwork, explain what them meant and advised us on what to do next. This was not easy but we did it with his help and his staffs help.

Mr. Mckendree handled my husband's criminal court case and we are forever in debt to him because he was able to negotiate with the prosecutors, his has extensive experience in law and is able to communicate with clients in a way that we can easily understand the legal language. He has legal secretaries that are equally competent whom are just as hardworking and only a phone call away.

Our family was involved in a bitter land and property dispute. John Mckendree mediated a resolution that both parties agreed on. This was my first time hiring a lawyer. I was nervous to spend the money to retain the lawyer and when other costs kept building up as we went along, I felt scared. They gave me assurances and allowed me to make what payments I could and promised to clear the rest once we won our case. He has an excellent team who worked hard for my case annd are very knowledgeable, they gave me good advice along the way. It took some time and patience, but I ultimately won a really nice settlement and couldn’t be more pleased!
